We are a small boutique publisher based in Atlanta, Georgia. We publish a wide range of books from genres like autobiographies, fiction novels, business, and self-help. We pride ourselves on the number of first-time authors we publish. We're especially thrilled to provide an outlet for Black and Hispanic Authors who wouldn't have an opportunity otherwise.
We have also partnered with Leeds Press Corp. Having made this strategic move, Santi Books is positioned to experience phenomenal growth. We publish in all formats; Hardcover, Paperback, Audiobook, and Ebook. Our books reach traditional retail stores, libraries, universities, and online retailers through our distribution with Leeds Press Corp.

Record Label
Our independent label was created to produce soundtracks for our film and documentary division. However, with the explosion in music streaming and master rights acquisitions, we decided to also sign and develop recording artists. We have partnered with King Kanja Empire an international record label to utilize their distribution channels. We will be releasing music through this partnership that will cover all types of music from Afrobeats to Pop.
Our Team
Santi MediaGroup, LLC
It is a multimedia company developed by founders Melinda Santiago and Leon Cosby III. Melinda and Leon created SMG to publish books and produce film and music projects. As owners of The Santiago Firm, LLC they have managed the careers of celebrity clients and discovered that when negotiating with businesses on their client's behalf they realized that they could offer similar services. They felt they could do better business and be more creative in developing the final products produced. This understanding gave birth to the idea of Santi Media Group, LLC.
Melinda Santiago, CEO
Melinda Santiago is a serial entrepreneur in the entertainment industry. For over 25 years, Melinda has consulted, managed, and branded several celebrity clients and helped them achieve new successes. Integrity and respect are her driving forces in this once-male-dominated industry. She is the CEO of The Santiago Firm LLC, an entertainment firm and an umbrella for Santiago Productions LLC, a Film and Television Production company where she is the President and Executive Producer. The newest division created under The Santiago Firm umbrella is SFirm Publishing, a book publishing company that allows her colleagues and clients to obtain other streams of income through the book series Melinda created called #SFirmCelebritySeries. Melinda has always been a creative storyteller with an impacting imagination. Leon Cosby III, her business partner, and mentor pushed her on “ownership” and saw what Melinda was capable of accomplishing. This push ultimately resulted in her publishing her first Fiction Novel titled Til Death Do Us Un-Part.
Leon Cosby III, COO
Leon Cosby III is the founder of LC3 Enterprises, LLC a consulting and business development company focused on the creation of small businesses in the entertainment industry. He is also COO of The Santiago Firm, LLC an artist management and branding company. based in Atlanta, Ga. Before joining the Sfirm team, Leon's expertise ranged from entertainment management, music publishing, small business development, and most recently book publishing. He was a founding partner of Cosby Media Productions, LLC, a multi-media company. During his tenure, Cosby helped to position CMP from an idea to a successful media company with over 20 media properties in the marketplace. Before Cosby Media Productions, LLC, Cosby was a management consultant to many in the entertainment industry. He consulted for several chart-topping artists and producers. He worked in Radio, and record label development. Cosby has made advocating literacy his life’s mission. He encourages reading among all ages.
